At Konceited Apparel, every piece is handmade with love, just for you 💖. Because of the personalized care that goes into each item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
• We will either replace the item or issue a refund once we confirm the problem.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
